Vivid.bg makes deliveries of its products within the Republic of Bulgaria through the courier company "Ekont" with the option of review and test before payment.
SHIPPING PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payment is made in two ways.
- S CASH ON DELIVERY upon receipt of the shipment.
- Payment by Debit/Credit Card
DELIVERY TIME:
All orders placed during business hours before 5:00 p.m. are delivered within 10 business days. For small settlements that the couriers do not visit daily, delivery may be delayed by another 1-2 working days.
RETURN:
Every customer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. Underwear bottoms - panties, boxers and briefs are not subject to return and/or exchange.
